My fiancee has an occassional break out which starts at his ears and moves like a rash down his neck, on his face and his chest to just above the breast bone and on his back just above his shoulder blades it disappears either after taking benedryl or patiently waiting for about 20 min. The irritation does not itch we have had allergy test done and nothing....it is hot to the touch and no blistering. I have researched Lupus, cellulitis and shingles and nothing matches.
