Hey swagg is your foreskin a little tight? It is normal for a boys foreskin to be a little tight especially when their penis is starting to get larger. Sometimes the penis grows faster than the foreskin. Usually this problem resolves on its own if the person retracts the foreskin stretching the foreskin over their penis. Overtime and usually improves. However it is important that if the foreskin does get retracted behind the head that once the erection goes down the foreskin is pulled back over the head this prevents the glands from drying out and also prevents penile strangulation. If the tight foreskin is allowed to remain behind the head of the penis sometimes you can cut off blood flow and damage or kill the head of the penis. So always make sure that you pull the foreskin back over the head when you're done. Does this make sense?

I know that this answer is a bit too late. I used to make sure that I gently pulled my soft penis a bit, massaged it and then the skin would stretch over. When erect, the skin would slip under the gland and would give an impression as if I was circumcised. This went on till I was 22. As soon as I started to have regular sex and more masturbation things got better
