Senior citizen - has a blister (not watery) next to nail on top of right middle finger. On pin-prick, the blister on purging emits a CLEAR glue-like substance (for lack of better description - cheese that stretches on a pizza). After pin-prick draining, the clear slightly thick substance returns and appears to be continual. After draining, applying peroxide, alcohol and neosporin does not stop recurrence. There appear to be no other symptoms. Any thoughts medical or otherwise on eliminating the blister? Thanks.
