A few months ago I noticed a few bumps on the entrance of my vagina, and as the weeks have passed they have grown in number and some of them in size.  The closer they are to the entrance the smaller they are, but they are also longer. 

I had them looked at about a week ago and I was told it was normal. However, they are spreading up the inner lips and now onto my clitoris, and down towards my anus. My boyfriend of five months has what appears to fordyce spots on his shaft, something I saw before I noticed anything on myself. 

Even though I have been told I am clean, I am still nervous about the spreading and worry that they were wrong, or that my boyfriend will see it and think I have something, or just not want to touch me.
