Small Penis During Puberty, am I considered small for my age?

Your a little smaller for almost being 16 but you still have time to grow so hopefully your penis grows in the near future.
It sounds like your developing just as you should be for the most part your penis can grow until your around 20 so there is time yet.
Hopefully you just need more time for yours to grow.
