3 Days ago I noticed a small rep bump very very small on the shaft of my penis about half inch from head. I popped it and it sorta crusted like a normal pimple would after popping and irritation, it does not hurt not does it burn or itch. I have also had a minor head cold if that has anything to do with it. It showed up after not showering for a couple days. I am a very stressful person so this obviously alarmed me. I'm pretty sure it is just and irritated pimple from popping and pinching. If anyone could give me thoughts that would be awesome. I'm scared and don't know who to talk to.
