Hello i am a 23 year old male i have had these small red bumps in my pubic area not painful at all. They look like acne and are red with white head, can not pop them and if i pick at them they bleed for a while. They are really small. Have had a couple on the base of my penis and are a liltle bigger...I have had test done and they have said they are not an STD. They are not in a group there are two or three close buy but never touching...About a total of 6 or so. I have put on bactira cream and didnt seem to help. I have shaved to see if there are more but have not found any. Thank you for your help. Can provid a picture if needed.
