Okay, so I'm 14, weight 180, and stand about 6'4". I have some fat weight around my chest, and all of a sudden it piled on right after turning 10. My diet hadn't changed then, and it's still very healthy. But my problem is, 4 years later, I'm sprinting almost every day, doing 10 pushups every time I enter the kitchen, and have finally started lifting after turning 14.

Clinically, my doctor says I have lost over 30 pounds since starting when I turned 13. And that was over half a year ago, so around 40 now. I have lost fat in my arms, some in my face, and a lot off of my stomach area. But my chest and face are VERY stubborn, and now I look like I have man titties -__-

Can anyone help me with this issue, can lifting and gaining muscle burn the fat, or is some other kind of treatment required? I'm very healthy, it just doesn't come off...
