This is due to the excessive porn exposure from young age. You will need to stop watching porn and I would advise you to stop masturbating as well and limit ejaculation to sex only. Most people will try to discourage you from this but they simply are addicted to porn, don't have sex with a partner and masturbate only so they lack the will to abstain and will try to justify their addiction by ridiculing you.
Hey I'm 19, I have the same problem. I can't have sex because right before I'm about to get it in, disaster happens! It just goes soft on me and makes me feel like a loser.
