sore and swollen breast's

i am a 41 yr old woman who woke up about 2 days ago and my breast's are swollen and really sore. i have been "fixed" so i cant have any babies, my baby is 18 yrs old now, but this is very uncomfortable. they are sore when i walk heavy but if i walk on the balls of my feet they are ok, my bra size is a a cupp so i know it aint from the size of my breast's, someopne help me plz!!!!!!
