I've been told it's atopic eczema. I was told to lose weight, wear loose cotton underwear and keep the area cool, clean and dry.
I found that if you get a dry tissue, put E45 or similar cream on the tissue, put it on the affected area, put loose undies on, it does eventually ease up.
To get rid of it completely, wash the part with cold water and dry well. Let the air get to it if possible. If not, put the cream on a tissue, wear loose undies and try to relax.
It will go!
Mine is at the top of my buttocks to my coccyx. Red, incredibly itchy and sore!!!
Good luck I hope it goes for you all.

This is definitely related to your psoriasis. It is called, I believed inverted psoriasis. It could occur in area such as under your breasts and the groin area. I have it too. My dermatologist recommends over the counter cortisone cream.

When I wake up in the morning my buttock is stiff and sore, occasionally during the day it is hard to walk with cramping in the buttocks' area. Is it my mattress? Or something else?
