I am a 40 year old male. When I was about 18 I was diagnosed with a spermatocele on my right testacle. For the most part it has not caused me any problems. I sometimes experience a dull pain I usually relate to wearing tighter clothing. It has not seemed to grow over the years but it still stays on the back of my mind. Currently it is a little more sore to the touch than usual. Is there any possibility that the spermatocele could eventually become cancerous? I have also considered permatocelectomy. Could you explain the procedure to me and the potential for problems with it.
Thank You.
