I forgot to add that I have also seen increased liver enzymes in the past couple of years. I don’t know if this is related either.

I have some symptoms but magnesium is in normal ranges because I take 500mg of it daily. Started in March 2018 nd quit when realized I wasn't taking rofhr amount of mag.. a day but quit when I addedthe 3rd cap. Bit started up again after burped and strong acid came up burning as if just had Cayenne. Seems after a meal or full glass of something to drink.

What about to a psychologist to help with depression and anxiety? Also they can prescribe meds for this. Panic attacks are no joke. Mine stopped while taking Prozac.

Hi, I am having multiple episode as yours and I am eager to learn your experience and some help. What are the findings and did you get any help at all? If yes, what can we do to eliminate them completely? Thanks for the help in advance!

Okay, well, thank god I found this. I have the same thing.

They started when I was teens or early twenties. Lying in bed at night. No pain, just a very weird spasm sensation. I saw a doctor who listened to my chest and said I seemed fine. I could see it being esophageal, as some people have wondered. I hate the idea that it's anything heart related. Now they happen anytime, walking or doing whatever.

I guess one contribution I have is that I have crazy rib cage muscle tightness. A massage therapist told me it while like my rub muscles were bunching up along the ribs. Every time I use a roller on the side of my ribcage or if use a massage tool on my back or sides, I will get the spasms. Like, I have to mentally prepare myself and I still am surprised and unsettled, even though I told myself it was coming. I hate them.

I'm 31, in recovery from an eating disorder. My weight has fluctuated a lot over the last decade. But I'm generally told that I'm "healthy" or whatever. I have anxiety. Unfortunately I have a history of heart problems on my dad's side. Which doesn't help with how stressful these sensations are.
