So I've started this chew and spit for about a week now. Eversince I started GCSE P.E at school, I've gained around 10lbs of muscle mass. My doctor says I need to lose those extra pounds though.Dieting led to nowhere. Exercise is the main problem, I didnt want to be bulimic, so I decided I'll give C/S a try. Im aware that if i cut off all the food from my body I would suffer health problems like diabetes and stomach acid build ups, which is why I chose to C/S only half of my meals, to allow my stomach acid to digest some food and not build up. I'm also aware of tooth decay which is why I rinse after everytime I do it. I don't buy food especially to C/S, so it isn't a waste of money for me. So far I've lost 3lbs. I want to know if what I'm doing is still wrong, and if I should stop for any reason.
