Hello,

I had a chemical peel done by an aesthetician almost 1 week ago. This was not my first chemical peel but it was my second one with her specifically. I had 4 done last year with someone else with no problems.

Any who, she did 3 layers of a 5 Berry Peel which contains 5-7% TCA. She also did an oxygen layer. Right after the peel, she told me I had spot blanching by my nose. She said it’s normal and not to worry.

My face is almost fully peeled now and it looks great but that area where the spot blanching occurred is a light pink and is still sensitive. I’ve been putting Aquaphor bc I don’t want a scar. It’s small but I’m fair skinned so kind of noticeable.

I just want to make sure I’m taking the right steps. Is aquaphor okay? Should I buy something else?

how long before it heals? And can I exercise?

Sorry for all the questions but since this has never happened I’m not sure if she did something wrong or not. So I’d rather get my advice elsewhere.

Thank you!

I guess it will take some time you need to be patient and the best thing is to take proper advice and recommendation from a specialized physician .
