Hey, a few weeks ago, randomly, strange small lumps, like spots? appeared not very big at all, under my forskin when i pull it back, its not on the top, but literally under the forskin,

i get no discomfort nor feel it, i wash always and one seemed to have alittle blood at the end, maybe just from rubbing alittle too hard im unsure,

i'm deeply worried and just want to know what it is please?
