It’s been 27 years since I had a total hysterectomy. I woke up this morning with brown discharge and menstruated cramps. I know there is nothing left in there, so am concerned. I have an appt. is there anyone who can give me a clue what it could possibly mean?

today i experienced bleeding after 14 years full hysterectomy.
no ovaries. i have been experiencing urgency to urinate and im on antibiotics.
it was red than it stopped.have not had anything since.im not on any hormones.
i have a gyn appnt tommorrow and im very scared also experiencing itching hoping this is due to dryness.

I had a full Hysterectomy many years ago but now & agine i see blood from my Virginia what can it be & should i see my GP

I had a total hysterectomy in 2010 and noticed slight blood in my underwear and on wiping. Not sure if this is okay, but can see that there are a lot of ladies on here with the same problem, so feel reassured as I am not on my own.

Well Reading these Comments I know Im not Alone But 8 Yrs Post Hysterectomy And going on the 2nd Day I’m 59 and I guess I need to go see my Doctor who btw I just saw for my rt ft and we talked about an Annual but I had it All Removed So Fingers Crossed

I had the same thing - spotting ten years after complete hysterectomy. Went to gyno and she removed stitches from that surgery that had moved/unraveled. They were supposed to be permanent stitches apparently. I didn't know they were there. Hopefully this solves the mystery and I'll have no more spotting. I post this because I know all the worrying I have done and wanted to offer a possibility other than something terrible.

Me too!!! I have been in a complete panic because I had a Radical Hysterectomy 12 years ago. I am almost 51 years old. My discharge started 2 weeks ago greenish yellow and now its brownish like before or after my cycle and my cramps are bad considering they are sporadic and I have not had them for a long time.
