I have had my Mirena for 4yrs now. I only had the spotting at the beginning for a few months and then it stopped. So for atleast the last 3 yrs no periods, then lately all of a sudden I have been crampy and spotting. I notice it more after my husband and I have sex. I have been spotting for 2 days now and crampy. I have taken one pregnancy test after another and they all say negative.

Not sure to have it taken out now or wait til next year. My husband really wants to try for another baby but after our first try and got twins I am afraid that I will have another set of twins.

I dont know what to do...
