I was wondering what could be my problem. I had a normal last period, and since it, I have spotted atleast 10 times. I have taken 4 pregnancy tests and all have come up negative. I am just now 2 days late for my period and am having cramping. What could be wrong?

Well, the thing is that you probably took pregnancy tests too early. I am not indicating that you are pregnant but home pregnancy tests are most reliable when taken a day after your period was supposed to come. Then you are the most like to have correct results, otherwise you could be getting a false negative.
Considering you still have cramps, it is quite possible that your period will arrive any day soon.
It is impossible to say more without having a look down there or an ultrasound to check the ovaries.
Is this the first time you experienced such spotting? It could be nothing special, something transient without apparent cause that won’t happen again. It is said that woman should wait for three irregular cycles and then see a gynecologist.
On the other hand, there are things that could have caused the spotting like birth control pills, ovarian cysts, thyroid gland dysfunction and other stuff depending on your age.
If you don’t get a period these day, you should do a test. If it turns negative again and you still don’t get your period and experience spotting and cramping, then you should see a gynecologist. Good luck-let me know what happened!
