Please help me, I am 13 and scared to DEATH because one day I was somehow touching my ballsack and then felt some squishy thing and then I was like OH that's my other ball, then I felt the left side of my ballsack there was my left nut. I thought I had three balls but know I read some stories but it's not. I cry sometimes thinking if I would have to have surgery for it. It doesn't hurt but it's about the size of a flat quarter.

I have this same problem, I noticed it around 13-14 years old. I though it would go away but today, 16 years of age an it has grown bigger. It is not uncomfortable at all but it is very noticeable especially when comparing the two sides. It kinda feels like worms. But I am seriously worried but also embarrassed to notify my mother.

Sounds to me like a varicocele. It's a bunch of dilated veins in the scrotum. If small they are often left alone. If larger they can be treated or removed. Best bet is to ask your doctor or a urologist to have a look.
