Hello, Im 21 years old and male. Today while I was standing at the register at work, I suddenly felt as if I had been stabbed in the pelvis. I almost doubled over in pain but it was so sudden and ended just as quickly as it had come on. From there, it spread to the base of my penis and it seemed to be a shallow pain. The vein going up the shaft was MUCH more visable than it has been in most cases before and I could see alot of little purple veins that werent visable before. Could a blood vessel have popped somewhere in there?

Another symptom Im getting today is that arousal isnt as easy as it was before today. Im still able to get an erection but it doesnt feel as full as it has been before.
