hi, im 17. am female. i have been having SM since young but didnt know about the condition until just recently. my condition is not serious. i have it on my arms and neck. doctors say removing the cysts will leave very bad scars. this is a life long condition. i want to know the proper diet and ways to prevent more from sprouting. please help and give more info.
