I've been having an issue for a while now.
I am 24, male and i have a constant feeling on the top of my stomach. I cannot explain it, but it's the feeling i need to burp but can't and a slight nausea. Sometimes my heartrate increases,especially at night when i lay down on the bed to sleep but that sometimes makes the stomach issues seeme less severe. The stomach problem is most severe in the afternoon,while being manageable in the morning and at night.
The issue ammeliorates when i hear my bowel movements and while i am on the toilet. I've seen the doctor for the same thing 6 months ago. He did a ultasound on my stomahc area and an EEG test on my heart and said the stomach walls seemed ok ,but the treatment he gave me did not do anything(Noxium and Motilium) and the problem just dissapeared after 2 months on it's own. Now it's back and it's worse.
I have an appointment again for next week but i'd like to know what are the odds of being stomach cancer since there are some simptoms in common or if not what can it be?
Also mention that i usually have acid reflux but while i'm feeling this i have no trace of it.( was like that 6 months ago...no acid reflux at all during this issue,then the acid reflux came back when the problem dissapeared)

If anyone else is having the same symptoms ,I just had an endoscopy done
today and it seems that it's a small duodenal ulcer. I have to take a
very powerful PPI for at least a month and maybe antibiotics too if it
turns out to be from Helyobacter.Hope this helps people with the same symptoms.

Sounds like stomach acid..try some pepto or something like it to coat your stomach lining..that's all that helps me when this happens.
