I had the same thing happening to me 8 years ago and it was a common recurrence. I would suffer from it every month and several times i had to be brought in to A&E. When I got pregnant, i started to eat regularly and healthy. I stopped drinking coffee, ate more vegetables and drink lots of warm water occassionaly juice. I stopped skipping meals (usually i will just have large cups of coffee for Bfast and lunch) no matter how busy i get. Miraculously the pain has stopped altogether. My conclusion; eat regulary and as healthy as you can, cut down on caffeine, alcohol and fizzy drink, never skip meals and eat on time. I know it sounds so simple but it really works!
