I haven't seen a doctor yet. I'm not sure if I will, I might.
So, that gallbladder, does your body need that thing.

No it doesnt I actually just got of the hospital from having my gallbladder taken out. It hurts but I already feel better. I personally think you should see a doctor and get this figured out before it gets to bad.

Hi, I hope you get this info. Google Steven H. Horne, Hiatal Hernia. I did last week and got my 15 yo daughter to a chiropractor and he fixed her hiatal hernia in two mins and she has been pain free after 14 months of extreme suffering like you. She is able to eat and sleep and is back to being her happy loud self. Please write back and let me know that you got this message and looked up the site I mentioned and got help. The dr's were talking gallbladder surgery for my daughter too. So unneccesary. Gosh! Good luck. HOpe to hear from you.

Well, I looked up the info you suggested. I also read the section about how to identify if you have hiatal hernia, which is how you breathe. If what they say is true, then I don't have hiatal hernia because I can feel my solar plexus expand outward...thank god.
Update: after doing some more research I think that "gallstones" that you mentioned earlier might be the culprit. Here's some details that I found:
-Gall stones usually come from eating non-veg foods, fast foods, pastry, oily and spicy foods often.
--- I can no longer eat: Burger King Whopper, Salsa, Beef and Bean Burrito, Soy Sauce
Nalley’s Chili, and mustard
-Symptoms of Gall stones: The most common symptom of gallstones is pain in the stomach area or in the upper right part of the belly, under the ribs.
The pain may:
* Start suddenly in the center of the upper belly (epigastric area) and spread to the right upper back or shoulder blade area. It is usually hard to get comfortable. Moving around does not make the pain go away.
* Prevent you from taking normal or deep breaths.
* Last 15 minutes to 24 hours. Continuous pain for 1 to 5 hours is common.
* Begin at night and be severe enough to wake you.
* Occur after meals.
There are many other conditions that cause similar symptoms, including heartburn, pain caused by a heart attack, and liver problems. Stomach flu (gastroenteritis) and food poisoning also can cause symptoms similar to gallstones. Diarrhea and vomiting occur with the flu and food poisoning, but the pain tends to come and go rather than be constant. Also, pain with these conditions may be felt all over the belly, rather than in one spot.
--Those symptoms sound pretty much what I feel like. Especially, the part where the pain comes and goes rather than being constant and the pain being in the belly.
I think that I might try this strategy, what do you think:

Wow you did your research huh? I doubt you have the stomach flu or food poisoning. Because this has been going on for awhile. Those problems basically come and go.

I don't know if you saw that web address that the moderator removed, but it lead to a page said the following:
B. THE CLEANSE
Pick a day when you have nothing much to do the next day, and preferably even the day after. Friday is best for most people who have the weekend off. Don't make any plans to go out!
DO NOT EAT ANY SOLID FOOD after noon on the cleanse day. You may drink water or fresh juices, as much as you like.
DO NOT HAVE ANY FLUIDS after 6.30 pm (or 30 minutes before the start of your treatment) on the day of cleanse. Give your stomach time to evacuate all the fluids. Then the olive oil won't float up on top of the fluid and your chances of nausea will be greatly reduced.
YOU WILL NEED:
One pint of virgin olive oil.
One half-pint of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Peppermint oil (from your health food store)
Pineapple or V8 juice (note: Biotta vegetable juice from Health food store is likely better than V8)
Measuring cup or tablespoon size measuring spoon
Pitcher of water
Paint stirring stick
Jar with screw-on lid
Index cards
Net to drape under the toilet seat, to catch your stones
Place the net under you toilet seat so it will be ready when you need it. Lift the seat and place the net across the porcelain stool, then replace the seat so it will hold the net in place. Place the pitcher of water and the paint stirring stick next to the toilet ready for when you need them. Also have handy the screw-on lid for storing your gall stones and the index card.
If you should experience extreme nausea or vomiting, try chasing it with a small amount of V8 juice or pineapple juice. Or you might try adding a few drops of peppermint oil to the olive oil. Use one of these mixtures for a couple of doses and then go back to the olive oil and lemon juice without adding anything.
THE PROCEDURE
12 Noon
Stop eating all solid food
6.30 pm
Stop drinking all fluids
7.00 pm
Using a measuring device, pour ¼ cup (four tablespoonfuls) of olive oil and drink it.
Follow immediately with one or two tablespoonfuls of lemon juice.
Lie down and relax.
Repeat this every 15 minutes. Sit up, swallow it and lie down again. If possible, have someone else bring them to you.
Relax, read or watch television. Keep as still as possible. It is best to lie on your right side.
Repeat the exact dosage every 15 minutes until you have swallowed all of the pint of olive oil. If there is any lemon juice left, drink it all.
It is now probably 10.00 or 10.30 pm
Remember, if you have terrible nausea or vomiting sensations, use the peppermint oil in the olive oil, or chase the olive oil with a small amount of V8 or pineapple juice, until you can resume taking the plain olive oil and lemon juice.
While you are taking the olive oil and lemon juice, if it gets hard to swallow, take a little more time between doses. Try 20 minutes between doses, or 25 minutes. Try to swallow all of the oil and lemon juice. If you are too nauseated to get it all down, take as much as you possibly can.
You have finished the olive oil and lemon juice. Now go to bed and do your best to go to sleep. Lie on your right side. This position speeds up the process of the olive oil entering the gall bladder to act as a lubricant. This, along with the softening action of the lemon juice, will help to free the stones more easily and readily from the gall bladder. Stay in bed and forget everything until the urge to go the toilet comes.
That was really quite simple, wasn't it?
About 2.00 or 3.00 am you'll probably wake up with the unmistakeable urge to go to the toilet. It may not happen. For some, it doesn't happen until 11am the next day. If your first bowel movement is at 2.00 or 3.00 am you will probably have no stones in it, but you'll want to check to be sure.
When you have the first bowel movement after the cleanse, you'll use the pitcher of water and the paint stirring stick to wash the fecal material through the net. Pour water gently and use the stick to separate the stones from the fecal material. The fecal material will be runny and wash through the net.
You can use the index card, folded in half, as a makeshift shovel. Place the stones in the jar and screw the lid on. You may want to show your stones to some people. Many will be amazed, but some will still be unbelievers. You certainly want to keep your stones for a while to remind yourself that it was all worth while. After a few days they will dissolve (because of the lemon juice and oil). If you want to keep them for an indefinite period, store them in your freezer with a label - GALL STONES. DON'T' EAT!!!!

Wow that was pretty amazing! Have you tryed that? Did it help? I wish I would have known about that before I had the surgery. Even though I still would have had the surgery so I want have anymore. Hey if you try that let me know how it goes ok!

I'll be sure to let you know how it goes, but there's more than one strategy. The one above is basically the fastest way, but it's not the number one choice. There's another strategy, but before proceeding with it, they recommend that you "cleanse your body of parasites", which could take up to a month. I bought something called Parazap, which is 135 tables that I'm supposed to take over a month or so, then I'm supposed to go onto the next phase which is the olive oil and lemon juice part. Still, I am tempted to just try it out. I'll be sure to let you know how it works out.

Well, that's not something I want to go through again. I got tired of waiting and decided to just go ahead and try it. It wasn't exactly painful, but more like annoying and irritating. I admit, I didn't eat or drink any apples for the first couple of days like I should have, maybe that would made a difference. But here's how it went:
Day 1:
I didn't bother eating anything all day. I just drank pineapple juice (46 oz). I drank until about 5:00 PM. Then I stopped.
At 7:00 PM I began taking the virgin olive oil and lemon every 15 minutes. The first couple of times, it was no big deal, but halfway through, I was getting fed up with it. I didn't feel any different physically, just some frustration.
At 10:00 PM, I was done taking all of it. By then, there was a slight increase in my heart rate, but I thought it was normal. I decided that I just wanted to get this over with, so I went to bed at 10:30, even though I usually go to sleep at about 1:00 AM.
Now, here's where things began to get crazy. During that night, I woke up about 16-20 times. Each time, my heart was beating faster than usual. I felt nauseated and it seemed like my strength was drained out of me. It didn't take long to fall back to sleep, but 20-30 minutes later I woke up again and again and again.
Finally, it was morning (9:00 AM), I did NOT have a sudden urge to use the bathroom, but I went anyways, and there were no gallstones, which was normal as they explained. Around 11:00, I had a "slight" urge to use the bathroom, and there were some gallstones, about 4-5 the sizes of peas. I though, "that's it".
Well, for the rest of the day, I just drank water. But like the previous night, my heart was still beating faster than normal, all I could do was lay on my bed. I was too tired to do anything.
Around 8:00 PM, I used the bathroom again, but this time there were gallstones about half the size of grapes, about 5-6 of them.
I went to sleep at about 9:00 PM, woke up about 6 times during the night.
The next afternoon, I used the bathroom again, and this time there were gallstones about 1.5 times the size of grapes. Finally, some decent results. For the record, each time I used the bathroom, there was some greenish liquid, which was the gallstones that were dissolved.
Sunday, evening was the last time I used the bathroom and saw gallstones, but this time, instead of some green ones, there was this other whitish yellow one that was twice the size of a grape.
Bottom line, the cleansing does work. I don't know if I got all of them, but I was reading some other articles that recommend doing it again within 2-3 weeks, if it's your first time. Otherwise, do it once a year.
It definitely wasn't a pleasant experience. For two days, with hardly any energy and my heart pounding, it's not exactly something I want to experience again, but I just might have to.
As to whether or not removing the gallstones was the solution to my stomach ache, I don't know. Sure, to determine that, all I have to do is drink some soy sauce, but if it turns out that the gallstones were unrelated to it, then I'd end up with a really horrible stomach ache for hours. I usually end up with a stomach ache once every two weeks or so, so I'll wait and see what happens. If I manage to go an entire month without a stomach ache, then I might give the soy sauce a try. And I'll be sure to let you know of the results.
By the way, there was a quote on the page about people who have had their gall bladder removed:
"This gall stone cleanse is good also for those who have HAD THEIR GALL BLADDER REMOVED! To quote from the book:
'I remember one lady … who'd had her gall bladder surgically removed … "I can't believe it," she told me. "I'm still having the same symptoms I had before I had the gall bladder operation three years ago".
"You probably have gall stones" I said
"You didn't hear me," she responded. "I told you I had my gall bladder removed three years ago."
"That doesn't have anything to do with it. You're still alive; therefore, your liver keeps on removing impurities. They have to go somewhere, and they've formed more gall stones."
(The doctor told her to watch "what she ate", but did not tell her what she should and shouldn't eat. After all, the average doctor spends only 12 hours or less learning about nutrition in a five year course)
This woman did the olive oil-lemon juice cleanse with very good results. Needless to say, she was very surprised!"

Well, it's been about a month and a half since I did that gall stone cleansing. And I haven't had any major stomach aches, that is until yesterday. The pain was horrible. I'm not really sure what the cause was. In the afternoon, I had a salad and a double cheeseburger and a mchicken from Mcdonalds, and I was fine throughout the day, but in the evening I ate two cookies from Safeway. Now, I have bought and eaten these cookies in the past and I've never had any problems with them. I'm still not sure if they're the culprit, but within 10 minutes of eating them, I felt some slight pain in my stomach. I thought it was just nothing, but then, it got worse and worse. 15 minutes later, I had trouble even moving because the pain was so horrible. I decided to take 3 teaspoons of baking soda mixed in with water, then sat on the toilet for about 30 minutes waiting for my system to get rid of whatever was in me. It was a painful 30 minutes, but I felt so much better afterward.
I don't know if this means that the gallstones were not the culprit or that my gallbladder is already filled up with stones or something else. I still have 10 more cookies left, but I don't know what to do.

Hun you really just get an ultrsound done on your gallbladder and rule that out. You should get checked for cysts and tumors also. Something has to be going on.

I think that I'm going to give the gallstone cleansing another go. Afterall, they said that to clear your gallbladder, you have to remove 2000 gallstones...2000!!! I admit, I didn't count the really small ones, only the big ones, but I think I counted about 15 or so.

WOW 2000 that is outrageous!!!!!!!!!!!! Well I hope i works out for ya. I have been so much healthier and happier since my surgery. I feel great actually.
