I was worried about this as well. Started noticing it around 2007 and even asked my girl friend if she thought it was cancer. That's what everyone says men have to be careful of are strange lumps under the skin. She said it's probably just a pimple (but it hurts to put pressure on it, and seems more like it's actually under the skin.
It bothered me enough to want to actually look it up because it isn't just 1 or 2 now. It's a few more. Glad to know it's merely some clogged pores for some glands that make it waterproof. Far better then turning out to be some STD or anything serious.

these are fat deposits. I have had a few of them and went to consult the doctor. To my surprise he said that he can remove them in a minute via a small surgery. And this is exactly what he did. He removed one of the deposit by firstly getting the area sterilized and then with a razor cut the upper part of it and took the deposit out. I was standing this whole time, took a minute and no pain. I will be going again to him to get the other deposits out. If you guys don't like the deposit then consult the doctor and take them out

I have the same problem since years(about 5 years ) and these appear and disappear when i push it and pus got out but m unable to tell anyone, Now they again appear with bigger size but exploded without pain and many tinny pimples with pus also exist. Now I'm going to apply your suggestion with hope of get ride from them
