I do t know if you will read this but I suffer from a similar thing. Two years ago I ad a very bad bout with anxiety. One day while standing I felt as if the floor fell out. This feeling comes in goes in waves. I've also experienced pressure above both ears, sometimes becoming painful. I had a cat scan, thyroid and blood tests done tofind nothing wrong. Very strange. When I went on vacation the symptoms disappeared for a few months only to re-amerge.

I also suffer from panic attacks and anxiety. I started having head aches above left ear not too long ago and im having one right now that wont go away. Blood pressure looks normal. Im not having that much anxiety right now but this pain and my anxiety is making me think its something else. Wifi waves ?? Hey anything is possible so I wont rule that out. I cant control anxiety yet. Been thru alot of stress since I barely moved to texas. My first panic attack was two yrs ago and i felt like I wasnt stressed out that day but i was also smoking alot of pot . Recently stopped smoking and i feel better but this headache its bugging me alot. I feel like little warms moving thru my head and lots of pressure on top of left ear. I hold where it hurt and i can feel where is at exactly. I told a dr last year about it but he said it was just stress cant rule that out either since i tend to grind my teeth and also close my jaw very tight so my temples takes all the pressure and get tense. I think it would take lots of dr visits to figure out what that pain is. Good luck to you and me. Cant wait to get rid of anxiety and this headaches. Good night.

Exactly,in the year 2016,I talked on the phone for about 12 minutes after that I have experienced like some heaviness attacked at my right ear, from then I was like an unbalanced person, feeling strange and distressed, yah from that time I stopped talking on the phone,if I have call I simply turns the loudspeaker to on and answering the phone,I just feel like everyone talks in the phone but why I am only experiencing this right ear fullness, its really disturbing me a lot.after that I went to several hospitals(E.N.T HOSPITALS)they have given me ear drops and then had used, but u am still experiencing the right ear fullness.

I am currently 22 and just had a huge panic attack not too long ago. I thought that I was having a heart attack, all ekg, blood work came back negative for heart damage or anything else. I started to get lightheaded a couple days later and have been somewhat lightheaded/dizzy ever since. I too get this strange pressure straight up and about a finger width back from my ear. I have had a CT scan of my head and all results are normal. I do have thyroid issues such as hypothyroidism. But I find myself constantly worrying about anything and everything that could go wrong. It gets so bad that I sometimes get tunnel vision and all of a sudden cannot feel my fingers and hands. Stress and Anxiety are playing a huge factor in all of this I believe. I go next Wednesday to speak with a therapist at the college counseling office to see what can be done to maybe help me get back to my normal self. As you said, up until I had a huge panic attack that lasted around a day or so and then my doctor scaring the bloody hell out of me, by going 0-100 and saying "well there may be a brain tumor of some sort. so lets do an MRI to rule that out." after that was said, I was flipping the living sh*t out of everything. scared to death. I mean I'm 22 and have two kids and a wife and was perfectly fine up until I thought I was having a heart attack. since the CT scan and the doctor and radiologist ruled out any kind of brain problems, a lot of stress and worry has been released from myself. I just got new glasses though as well, so I believe that they are playing with my eyes and causing me to strain them trying to adjust and may be playing a role in the head tension. If I take the glasses off, the pressure goes away above my ear until I put them back on and start walking around or driving. It is awful and I just want my life back. I hate worrying all the time. it sucks. if anyone else has this issue, I strongly recommend going and get everything checked out. not knowing what is wrong is what kills us the most.

Hey man, it's been a while since this post but I am experiencing the exact same thing. Had a horrible panic attack a few weeks ago and now everything seems off. My balance is constantly off, having weird pressure right above my left ear, trouble sleeping and concentrating and basically every doctor days it's attributed to my anxiety. I am due for a VNG in two days to test for a potential inner ear disease, then who knows after that. Let me know if you figured anything out.

Guys, I had this problem since one and a half year till now.
Same symptoms of ear pressure, head pressure, eye irritation and scalp itchiness..
Ever since I have been controlling such symptoms by doing three things,
Intensive exercises (walking and running A LOT )
Relaxation techniques and not allowing any disturbing thoughts to enter my brain ( I succeeded around 60-70% not fully. But I did a good job though)
Finally, massage and hot showers can help ease the anxiousness as well.
However, at some point in time after applying all these three things I almost felt completely normal again and had almost complete control over my body again. However, it returns back when I get myself into stressful situations again for long time, and honestly, my eye power did not 100% return ever since. It just improved by exercising for some reason.
That's all what I know now. It might help someone to get back around 60-70% of their life again. Good luck guys.

I have been experiencing pressure above both ears and find relief by putting a foam roller behind
My head so that it stretches the neck. Massaging the neck and shoulder have also helped.
