Hi. So I'm a girl turning thirteen in a few months. And I have noticed a small painful lump on the lips of my vagina. It's quite new and it hurts a lot. I need some help on how I can get rid of it or at least ease the pain and stuff like that because it's really embarrassing. I have had my period once but I've never had any sexual activity. Please help me!
