I had the coil put in at the start of September. Recently my boyfriend and myself were having intercourse when he said that he could see the string. Only to e embarrassed the string was visible poking out the end. It has not been noticed previously and was wondering if you are supposed to be blue I see it and if its normal?
You need to get it checked ASAP and NO SEX until then. You could end up perforating the lining and getting pregnant because it sounds like it has dislodged. So before you end up with a uterine infection, call your doctor and report just what you said here and get it taken care of before you get injured and/or become pregnant.
