About 3 days ago, i was at a party and kissed/madeout with 2 girls. i wake up the next morning to see that my sublingual gland started swelling. i can feel it when i stick my tongue out and see it in the mirror. it has a 2-3 white blotches on it(pus maybe). it doesnt quite bother me, but im a little worried about what it might be.

As much as I recall lymph nodes (no matter where they are located) tend to get swollen if your body is under some infection. Now, did you have any problems before the party? I know it that this might sound like too harsh, but kissing random people might be risky. You know that there are all kind of diseases out there. You have to take care of yourself as much as you can.
Do you think the swelling could be from the drinks? What were you drinking that night?
If you’re not sick in any way the glands should return to normal in day or two. If this doesn’t happen, you should do some test just to be sure that there is nothing wrong with you.
