how do they test for suboxen and will I fail a urine test or hair test because of it? Thanks.
If your Suboxone is from a Doctor to you, then there is no failing a test. You can not fail a drug screen when legaly on Meds.

When I checked into rehab & they drug tested me, they said Methadone showed up & I told them NO WAY cause I had never, ever taken Methadone. Come to find out, it was my Suboxone that my dr had prescribed to me. So, I guess that's how it showed up...as Methadone! I was very shocked.
