im 24 male iv been suffering since i was 15 with stomach pain diariah
constapation blood in stool starving bc of no appitite i feel weak i go up and
down everyday im currently in er bcits gotten worse my works unhappy of my
performance iv also been told nothing is found i feel like its slowly killing me

It could be colitis or something to do with the bowel, because usually bright red blood in the stool means it has come from lower down in the digestive tract. You are probably weak from not eating and losing blood through stools. If you haven't already, I'd say get a colonoscopy or scan of some sort. DON'T GIVE UP AND DON'T STRESS YOU WILL BE FINE.
