i am 13 & i weigh 161 pounds , i dont look like it or feel like it ..
but the doctors told me i needed to lose some weight & that i am at risk for
diabetes bcus my father has them .. what should i take or do besides :
eat right , and exercise ?

I wouldn't suggest taking weight loss products. Eat right and exercise yes, but don't deprive yourself of your favorite foods because then you will just binge and your diet will go out the window. Cut back on the junk food, sugary, fatty, greasy stuff. Eat right and give yourself a little treat once in a while, mini rewards :-) If you really want your favorite meal and it is a high in fat, etc make sure you only have a small portion also try to get your family to do this with you so that you can all keep each other on track!
