I want to start working on my speed. It’s going to be a long and hard process but I’d like to see the results of my exercising, because if I continue doing what I’ve been doing for the past few months I’ll just stay on the same level and I’ll always have the same speed. And I see people that are so fast and I wish I could be like them. What are your suggestions about the ways of working on my speed?

To be honest, I’ve never known how to improve my speed and from my point of view I’m wondering whether that’s even possible in my case. It seems like there’s no progression of any kind. I’ve been eating healthy food and working out in a gym and still nothing. I think I run just like I ran when I was a beginner and that’s frustrating. I even considered taking food supplements and reaching out for some extreme measures, but I’ve given up since that would only destroy my health and that’s not what I want to achieve. Anyway, I’ve decided to consult a fitness instructor and I believe that very soon I’ll see the improvement. I suggest you the same and wish you luck.
