I didn't say JUST the frenulum was torn did I? The foreskin was beyond repair.
This will be my last reply to you, I don't think you are helping anyone on this thread judging by your relentless anti-circ comments.

Bittu:
Your glans is no more sensitive than it was before you had the circumcision operation. Formerly, it was protected by your foreskin. Now it is exposed. That is the difference.

I think you have to decide when you are ready for yourself. What I would tell you is when you have sex WITH a foreskin your glans comes out of it on the way in so there is hardly any difference when it comes to the sensitivity. I think you worrying about something that's not a problem.
Even in the early years when mine was super sensitive it was not noticeable when I was aroused and having sex.

Totally agree with comment above, the sex thing is all psycological, if anything the glans will be less sensitive than when you had a foreskin by the time it comes to having sex. Don't worry Bittu, stay positive

Hello I understand your pain, because i just had the same procedure and everything went well with the surgery, thank God! However My glad is also sensitive and the way I deal with it, is by placing 2 panty sheilds side by side on the inner lining of my under wear. Make sure that your under wear is tight enough to hold your penis in place to prevent it from moving around. In addition get yourself cotton spandex shorts and place them over your under wear to enforce your penis from moving around. This will allow your to even walk normal.
Now the ereaction at night is a diffrent a story. I have to end up taking off the my underwear to allow my penis to expand and breath ! I hope this helps you as much as it hepled me.

Try and get medication with pseudoephedrine in it (found in some cough+cold tablets). It was recommended by a urologist to me to prevent - or at least help to hinder the severity of - erections.

Hi all - I just spent 2 different sessions reading all 14 pages of this thread.
I just had a circ last monday, and so not quite a week yet. My head was never exposed before and its quite strange seeing the head now! I had phimosis and also balanitis and so I totally feel yalls pain, literally.
I took a long bucket bath today...sat on the edge of a step stool in the tub and let my junk just hang there...and i used a big glass and dipped into the bucket of water being filled by the water spout. I have to say, the 1st half dozen or so glass fulls running down my penis felt very uncomfortable to the point where I instinctly went to block the water from running down that area. Twds the end of the "bath", it felt ok, no pain or bad feeling.
I still wasnt able to towel dry the area because its still way too sensitive. I let it air dry. The bath is the only progress that I've made so far. Besides that, I let me junk hang outside my night pants and am careful it doesnt touch ANYTHING.
From reading the dozens of posts, I know it will eventually get better and that Im only 6 days removed from the surgery. I look forward to resuming my sexual activitity haa and more importantly right now, just being able to put normal pants on and walk outside. Right now Im way too sensitive to go anywhere or think about wearing someting that rubs against the head.
If anyone can maybe help with 1 question thats been asked repeatedly please...if I keep taking warm water baths, how long should I expect my sensitivity to go away or at least go to a normal level?
One last thing, Roland, ur posts are useless. U post the same things over and over, and offer no true help. Maybe u mean well, I dont know, but u seem like a broken record.
