Anyway, it's up to you but you can hasten the desensitization by doing that.

Thank you for responding. Well I was sleeping last night I took the anti-inflammatory pill my doctor told me to take every 6 hours I stopped taking the Tylenol with codeine since the pain mostly left and it was giving headaches , but the stitches are annoying and they bother a lot. So the sensitivity should be gone by the end of the month right?

It gets better each time you do it and you are in control when you do it on purpose so it's never too much. When you wait for it to happen inside your clothes you have almost no control over it. It can be quite uncomfortable if you have to walk around and you are in public. Even though you may feel kind of stupid sitting there playing with it all by yourself there's a good reason to do it.

-How long should you wait to take the bandage/dressing off? I was told not to get it wet for atleast 1 day so I should be alright to take it off after 2 days?
-Should you replace the bandage/dressing after you have taken the original one off?
-How long does it take for glans to settle down, at the moment they are incredibly sensitive and I cant even wear any underwear without it touching and causing pain.
Thanks
