Suspicious densities are seen in the right upper lobe, partially projected onto osseous structures. The heart is not enlarged. The trachea is midline. The costophrenic angles and hemidiaphragms are intact. There is rightward curvature of the thoracic spine. The rest of the osseous structures and soft tissues are unremarkable

I am very active with physical activity. Am I safe with this diagnosis?
