I too am experiencing the same. Doctor's can't find anything. My feet are so tight until they hurt. I noticed that I always swell this time of year, but don't know why. Tired of not getting any answers from doctors.

try cucumbers to reduce inflammation- unless you can't eat them, they are pretty good at reducing the inflammation although it can take 24 hours to see the benefit. I can't take most medications and this helps me.

I too have swelling everywhere I had blood work done and it isn't my kidneys. I have been on triamterene for 16 years after my hysterectomy and now I am on lasix. I am so uncomfortable and seems like ever since I had my hysterectomy the swelling started. Just resently the swelling has started and getting worse no relief. I am scared and am going to push for some answers. I feel like I have weights all through my body. I feel for you all and hope you get some answers. I will keep you posted. Take care :)

Go see endocrinologist and gynecologist and if normal cut the carbs like bread rice potatoes. I used to have the same problem with water retention, taking diruretics and my doctor gynecologist and sports medicine put me on south beach. No script diuretics and occasional something like diruex for menstral which is otc

If you are in NYC I can provide this doctors name and extremely good endocrinologist (top 10 in the us).

Did you figure this out? I have same problem and am pretty desperate at this point. Nothing has come back on any sort of lab tests except ultrasound showed kidney stone and some swelling in the kidneys (but not enough to freak the doctors out lol).

So I had thyroid issues (Graves) before all of this started. When my Graves disease went into remission (end of 2010-2011) my symptoms started (Jan 2011). I had everything listed, but my one weird thing is pain in the upper right quadrant, which gets worse with eating, especially gluten. Tested twice for Celiac but negative but even tiny amounts of it now give me a weird reaction. I get hives or a histamine like reaction, especially down my arms (not welts, but just red and puffy like an allergic reaction). Gluten-free helps but doesn't eliminate the problem. In some pictures my face is so bloated and unattractive I just want to die. I'm also at least 15-20 pounds heavier with bloating (it was up to 30 lbs when I was still eating gluten). The shift in water weight is pretty extreme. When I'm bloated it sucks the water from everywhere including my hair which seems to shrivel up (hard to explain but it frizzles, looking extremely die, and it's quick, not gradual). Stress makes it worse and my upper back sweats profusely from the spot I have pain in after eating, when I'm even mildly under pressure, even though my head feels calm and cool. I used to get fatigued after eating but it's better since cutting out all gluten and most starches. This started at 33 and I'm now 39. How depressing is that? I feel like I've aged a million years and my hair even went white in the temples. Every time I see a picture of me looking bloated I just die in disbelief and I've seen all sorts of specialists. They just rule out the obvious - I'm not celiac, my tsh is fine, and I had a ct scan of my kidneys which was fine. Rheumatologist said fibro, and I asked him if it was common to have a high CSR (inflammation marker) and he said no, but didn't change his opinion of the problem. I also seem to fluctuate from being epinephrine-domimant (constipated and can't sleep and feel buzzed all day) to norepinephrine-dominant (diarrhea, fatigued, extra bloated)/.
