Hi, I masturbated this morning for a while, and after a couple minutes from finishing and washing up, the left side of it (when the foreskin was retracted) was a tad to the red side, and somewhat itchy feeling. 20 minutes later when I checked on it, the left side of my foreskin was swollen, and not itchy. It's about 4-5 mm thicker on that side when I retract. I know it's the foreskin because when I do not retract, and feel in between the head and the foreskin, the skin is thicker compared to the right side, as mentioned earlier. It doesn't hurt at all though. Every 10-15 minutes when I check it, it looks like it went down a mm or so, but then soon after I looked at the swollen part, it seems to get more irretated. Probably because of the retraction and surrounding air? This is the first time it has done this. Hopefully it is nothing serious. 8-|

This happened to me once but I couldn’t figure out the cause because I was both a bit harsh on my penis and was using a lubricant, so I don’t know what kind of reaction occurred. Probably both.
As I was worried, I cast away the lubricant and haven’t used it ever again and I certainly never masturbated that harsh again and was real nice to my penis.
The reaction was similar to yours, the redness and the swelling appeared when I was done. I filled a tub with warm water and set in it for 15 minutes, then I got dressed and didn’t touch it for three days. The swelling went down in a day. After it went down, everything was normal.
If your swelling and redness don’t go down and irritation continues, you may want to see a urologist and check if there’s yeast infection.

hoping you can help me! I am 18 and i can retract my foreskin no problem!
both flaccid and erect! i am able to do so from stretching day by day, wank by wank, etc. . .
BUT, when i leave it retratcted for a long period of time, the ridge of foreskin behind the head starts to swell and sorta looks like there's fluid building up (almost like a blister). when i push my foreskin back, it returns to normal after a few hours or a day max! So i think there's nothin to worry bout!
I am hoping somebbody can tell me how to prevent this and how i can keep my foreskin back without this happeing?
