Hello, I'm 18 and I had unprotected sex for the first time lastnight, and I awoke with swollen foreskin.
I was able to pull the skin over the head, and discovered a small cut filled with a pus-like substance.
I discovered a grouping of hairs at the beginning of the head of my penis, and removed and washed it with warm water.
I've been trying to use ice to help the swelling, and it doesn't really work.
What can I do to help this? I heard using sugar for osmosis works, but I tried that with little results, although this is the first day of these symptoms.
Please respond with some suggestions, I also tried to goto the doctors office but it was closed because its sunday.
