i recently got a scratch while having sex, right next to my vagina opening, and since then i've had a bunch of different symtoms. i have developed a slight rash of bumps..maybe a total of 5 bumps in various spots around my vagina, including one on my labia. i have severe swelling and tenderness in my groin due to enlarged glands to the point its painful to walk. starting yesterday, the pain i felt when my urine would pass the cut turned into what feels to be a full on UTI. i also have lower abdominal cramping (light) that kind of extends to my lower back (i've had a kindney infection before, and this feels very different) and a mild fever (around 100 degrees) i also had my period for 9 weeks, it ended a day before all of this mess started (which was about 4 days ago) my husband scratched me during sex, so i know that the cut is actually a cut and not a sign of herpes. the scratch raised up after a day or 2...kinda like when you bite the inside of your cheek and the bite raises up to heal. its VERY painful and has kept me up all night. i'm wondering if you could tell me what you think this might be?

It sounds like a bacterial infection to me. If bacteria entered the scratch, it could have made quite a mess. Little bumps do form due to bacteria presence, glands do swell due to bacterial presence. This is just a wild guess and you should have this checked since the glands are also reacting.
