Hello to you all, this is my first post on this site. I am here because I'm completely unsure about what my body is trying to tell me, and equally unsure if the doctor will know. I don't have insurance, but I went anyways last friday to the doctor to see if there was something he could do for me. It seems this all started after a trip to the emergency room 2 months ago. I was drinking energy drinks for awhile (estimated 1 year) sometimes 1 a day, sometimes 2 or not one at all. I've been having strange symptoms where It seems like I have a pressure change in my head. Accompanied by what seems to be symptoms of panic attacks. 2 days ago I experienced almost a seizure (uncontrollable shaking) like cold shivers but much more intense. The past few days I have noticed on the right side of my neck is a little puffy, kind of swollen but not tight. I inspected it more and found that as I pushed on it or poked/massaged it, I get nauseous and I feel pressure inside of my head, and my vision is almost like I'm overly stimulated (almost like having too much caffeine.) This has been happening for a week straight now and I've schedule a revisit before the 2 weeks because I can't take this anymore, I just want to feel normal again. Does this sound like anything to anyone?

Some more info, it's hard to get all this out feeling like I do right now. I'm 24 years old, smoke almost a pack a day. I've stop energy drinks since the visit, and I'm almost quitting caffeine completely. I'm also experiencing an increase in muscle spasms (currently right/left deltoid below the shoulder, inbetween the belt line and pelvis on right side. The pressure change feeling is almost constant (for a week) with very short periods of it seeming to fade only to come back, feels like my brain is tingling, almost growing inside my skull. I'm trying to be descriptive as I can about this but I don't want to sound like a hypacondriact. Any people with similar experiences/insight would be highly appreciated, I feel like I'm alone on this.
