I'm having this issue right now...I tore down there a lot because of sex and it hurts when I pee. If u want to let urination be less painful I suggest putting toilet paper on the wound as u pee...it depends in its location of course. That prevents alot of pain.

I had rough sex with my partner last week but I didn't start getting the soreness till a few days later it started at the front by my clit I thought I had cut myself shaving at first but then days went by and the whole of my vagina is sore and it feels like I'm peeing glass. This morning I felt abit better and me and my partner had intercourse it felt okay abit sore but it was fine during the experience, then shortly after finishing and going the toilet I was in the worst agony I was crying and lying on my front with my bum in the air as it was the only position that didn't hurt as much. I thought to take some ibuprofen as it helps anything that's inflamed and it seemed to help for about an hour or so then it started coming back so I tried sudocrem and it hardly feels like it's there I'm not walking as funny as I did before but does hurt a little when I urinate if anyone has any other ways to help soothe this pain would be well appreciated if you could tell me

It could be several reasons why you have these symptoms, rough sex, you may have been a little to dry and its caused by friction, if you had sex multiple times and all were rough it could of bruised your urethra that's causing the pain when you pee or it could of caused a UTI.
