Tear from my eyes when i see camera flash light

How often has this happened? And how close was the flash?

Whether you see a light  your eyes are just tearing, the liquid in your eyes is created the same way. All tears come out of tear glands, or lacrimal glands, found way up under your upper eyelids. Tears wash down from the glands and over your eyes. Its a kind of normal.. but if it happens in excess, medication should be taken for such problems...
