I have several technical questions about cutting body fat. I weigh over 110 kilos and I train 5 times a week. I take care about what I eat so it all comes down to around 240 grams of protein and less then 200 grams of carbon hydrates a day. Is that okay? I also try to take carbs in the morning, only proteins during the rest of the day. Will this get me to lose fat and shape up my body a bit more? Am I doing this ok?

It does depend on what exercises you are doing. Taking carbohydrates only in the morning is actually fine, but I think that the amount is still high. My advice is 50 + 50. Fifty grams in the morning and the rest after the training session. This also leaves an open space for more protein. Increase the amount freely to a number of 300 grams per day. You could also add L Glutamine in the story, it will help you by pumping glycogen into muscles. Take no more then 30 grams of it in a day.
