I have had this problem for about a year now and it is about the size of a nickle. All I am wondering is how to make it smaller.

Do not bench a butt load at your age! You'll stunt your growth. Since at this age and stage of development your growth plates are still open and working out to hard with that heavy of weight can cause then to close up prematurely and you will stop growing at a normal rate- i.e. stunt your growth.
Smoking weed at your age can also do serious damage to your developing brain and nervous system. You'll literally stunt your brain growth as well. Don't make yourself be any more stupid then you already have- stop now and deal with the real reason you stated smoking in the 1st place- talk to your parents, friends parents, teacher you look up too, some one who gives a darn about you so you can work on making yourself a better person.
