Men and boys can get breast cancer. If a male has puss, liquids, or blood coming out of his nipples, then he needs to have a Dr. look at it right away and make sure its not breast cancer. Make sure you tell the Dr. about any fluids if any fluids are coming out of your nipples !!! They have a mamogram machine for males to xray male breasts and that can look for cancer. Also the Dr. will feel the whole chest and nipple area for cancer signs. Gynocomastia does not produce fluids, puss, or bleeding in males. Those are caused by something different than the usual male hormones at puberty. See a Dr. if you have any fluids or similar liquids coming out of male nipples.

When I was 24 I noticed my right nipple leaking a clear fluid. My doctor said that guys can have breast cancer and that a discharging nipple often leads to cancer. Following my doctors advice I have my right breast removed as a precaution because once cancer develops it may be too late.

Im 14 and ive had the same problem with both of my nipples it started about a year ago and its extremly sore if you touch hit or bump off of it but now the left one is gone and my roght one is slowly going 2 people im friends with have had the same problem and the doctor told one of them they are called nipple stones and go away after awhile
