I am a 18 year old male. When I masterbate I sometimes get a discomfort or pain on my right testicle. The feeling I get is like a vein or something is tangled or something. It feels tight and feels like someone is grabbing my right testicle really hard. Its only on my right testicle. I dont get this pain everytime I masterbate. I have been sexually active about 1 year ago. Could it be AIDS, herpes or prostate cancer??

It is very unlikely that it is AIDS, Herpes, or Prostate cancer. It is more likely a form of epididymitis, possibly due to an infection.
I'd suggest you visit a urologist for an evaluation. This is their area of expertise.
