Hello. Located on the back side of my left testicle is what feels like a bundle of tubes, possibly veins or something. I have clue just tying to describe to the best of my ability. Well anyways the tubes feel like they travel upward to the front portion of my body ; like behind where pubic hair is naturally most abundant. These tubes become a duscomfortvat times. My testicles become sensitive to the touch along with the tubes. I have diabetes, not sure if that would make a difference or not I'm also a homosexual male. 22 years old. I know I need to see my doctor. Asap. Any hints as to what I'm in for. Please. Thank you.
A lesson and diagram on the facts of life, I suspect.
Unless alien implantation is to blame, or some bizarre medical condition is involved, then those tubes are the tubes that carry the sperm from your testicles up to your body, as you say, where they feed into the penis, for ejaculation. And sadly, for us guys, discomfort in our testicles (occasional) is just one of those things that we have to put up with. Be grateful you don't have a period.

if they seem swollen it could be varicose veins, they can be quite common and are usually harmless, but its probably best if you have your GP check them out.
I have them and the only test they did was an ultrasound scan, so totally painless. :-)
