I have a 30 day cycle.i had sex day 15 of my cycle.day 24 that morning had very bad cramps.had sex that morning there was blood in the semen after sex when I wiped.no more.the day before my period was due I started bleeding.it lasted a day and a half and had brown discharge for 3days after very light.my bleeding is always heavy for the 1st 3days of my period could I be pregnant?? I've had a fever for the last two days and I'm feeling nauseous.

Yes you could be pregnant. You had sex right around when you'd ovulate so you'd be near/at peak fertility. Spotting about a week before you expect your period could indicate implantation bleeding. A "different" period is reason to be concerned.
Take a home pregnancy test. Use your first morning urine, wake up pee, for the best accuracy.
